• All Camping workers are aware of the protocols to follow. All of them will have their temperature taken before entering their workplace and will wear all the necessary PPE.


  • Given the situation, we ask our customers for understanding regarding possible waits, in order to respect the safety distance and prevention measures. Only 1 person per family can go to the counter. This is the one that will register the entire family unit and must provide all the necessary documentation and/or identification.
  • There will be a methacrylate screen with a narrow lower window that separates the receptionist from the client.
  • The screen will be cleaned frequently, due to possible debris that may be deposited on it.
  • The client will be informed of the existing protocols in each area within the establishment and will be given a guide to good practices.
  • The reception and security staff will tell the client where to leave the vehicle while check-in is carried out.


  • The same check-in measures will be applied to them as to other clients and the application of these regulations.


  • They will be accompanied to the OASIS bungalow/house and its operation will be explained to them without entering it, since the accommodations, before the new occupation, will have been disinfected and thus their safety will be guaranteed. The keys to the accommodation will be delivered disinfected.


  • Following the capacity rules, security personnel will control access to it. The service will be intermittent to be able to carry out disinfection actions in common areas. We have reduced the number of hammocks as necessary to comply with the safety distance. The staff will disinfect them.


  • Follow the established protocol and maintain the safety distance and relevant hygiene. The entertainment team will communicate the maximum capacity for each type of activity. Be aware of the situation and take the correct personal hygiene measures to help each other.


  • Minors under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult, until the competent authorities lower the alert phases. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor the behavior of their children or guardians during these exceptional times.
  • Constant cleaning will be carried out and established safety and hygiene distance measures will be taken. The common areas (reception, restaurants, swimming pools, multipurpose room, etc...) will have signs indicating the protocols to follow.
  • Disinfectant gel and constant cleaning of counters will be available to customers at all service points.
  • DRINKING WATER SOURCES: It is very important that you follow the instructions on the information signs. Only adults will be able to refill their water bottles without directly touching the neck of the bottle with the taps.
  • PLOTS: It is the responsibility of the clients to respect the spaces of the adjacent plots and avoid occupying them as much as possible, always under their own responsibility.
  • SANITARY BLOCKS: There will be constant cleaning and disinfection. The cleaning staff is trained to carry out the correct disinfection and the products approved by the Department of Health intended for this purpose will be used.
  • DISHWASHER SINKS: They will be open and constant cleaning and disinfection will be applied like the rest of the restroom, but we always advise maintaining a safe distance between clients.
