2. Order Cancellation Policy
The cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: Refund of the 90% of the payment and deposit.
- Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 14 days in advance: Refund of the 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations with less than 14 days notice: No refunds will be made.
3. Return and Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation in accordance with the above terms, the refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. We strive to process returns in the shortest time possible.
